International Christian Fellowship Every Friday evening Christians and others who would like to learn more about the Christian faith, enjoy a meal, singing and introduction to the Christian faith. The average attendance is between 175 and 200 students, their families and Canadian leaders. Time: Friday night 6:30-9:00 Location: McKernan Baptist Church basement (about 20 minute walk south of the University or HUB) Program:  6:30-7:15 Dinner and Dessert  7:15-8:00 Singing  8:00-9:00 Bible Study  Students' Comments:
"... I feel accepted and at home, I can share my up and downs..." "...I learned a lot about GOD, made a lot of friends, ... life isn't the same anymore..." "... at first it serves me as a great information resource of valuable suggestions and advices about daily life here. It's also sort of social activity to escape from study. Gradually, it changed to the place to learn about GOD. Discussion and meditation during Bible study make GOD's words real and personal to me......" |
